Nobody wants to admit it, but everyone has a go-to restaurant.
For date nights, family nights, an outing with friends, days when you just don’t feel like cooking… I know you have a go-to spot, a favorite order, and nothing but reverence for the entire wait staff.
Or at least, that’s true of me.
As a realtor here in Northwest Arkansas, I’ve spent a lot of time getting to know my fellow small business owners. We have such a fantastic array of local dining options, but my go-to restaurant has got to be The Rail-A Pizza Company.
Not only does Rail-A serve great pizza, salads, and the best darn chicken wings in NWA, but it’s also home to my favorite treat: pork shanks.
What is a pork shank, you ask? It’s like a chicken wing, but it’s made from pork. It’s bite-sized, incredibly tender, and slathered in the most delicious sauce I’ve ever encountered. Seriously. I dream about this stuff.
But if pork isn’t your thing, no worries. Their pepperoni pizza is a fan favorite in my household, and as I mentioned, their chicken wings can’t be beaten — as evidenced by my frequent visits.
My husband and I stop by Rail-A more than I’d like to admit. It’s getting embarrassing. I think the wait staff knows my order by heart.
But what am I supposed to do? Not order my favorite meal from my favorite restaurant? Unthinkable.
If you’ve been to Rail-A then you know it’s low-key addictive. And if you’re new in town, consider this your sign to check it out. Go for the food, the ambiance, or just to say hello to me. *waves*
For the record, this isn’t an ad, and I wasn’t paid to say any of this. I genuinely love this place, as most locals do. But like, if anyone from Rail-A Pizza Company is reading this… HMU. Maybe we can trade marketing for pork shanks.
